*To choose the suitable height of the forearm crutch, relax your shoulder and let your arm drop naturally by your side. Grip the hand grip without having to hyper-extend your arm. You should neither let your shoulder be pushed above your shoulder line nor elbow bent significantly.
*Recommended to use the crutch on the opposite site of the injured leg if only one crutch is used. This assist to take away the weight asserted on the injured leg
