Terms and Conditions for Device Rental
- Renter shall place a refundable deposit (amount of deposit subject to type of rental device) with the Owner as a security for the use of the Device and for any damages caused to the Device by the Renter during the Rental Period. Owner may use part or all of the deposit to repair the damage. If Renter breaches any terms and/or conditions of the agreement, Owner shall forfeit the deposit, as permitted by Law.
- After the expiration of the rental period, a $10/day is chargeable to the Renter until the return of the Device.
- A $12/- extension administration fee is chargeable for each extension of rental period. Request for extension by the Renter is solely at the Owner’s discretion and agreement.
- Renter is responsible for keeping the Device clean and in good working condition. If the Device is lost or damaged beyond repair, Renter shall pay its replacement cost to the Owner.
- There is no refund of rental charges and fees should Renter decides to cancel the agreement.
- The Renter shall indemnify the Owner from any liability in the form of any loss, injury, damage arising out of Renter’s possession and use of the Device.
- Renter shall take possession of the Device on the first day of the Rental Period during Owner’s operating hours. By the end of the rental period, the Renter shall return the Device to the Owner’s premises in good condition and working order with normal fair wear and tear accepted. No refund of rental for unused period.
- If Renter wishes to pick up and/or return the Device at his/her convenient location, a transportation charge shall be applied subject to pickup/return locations and type of devices. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject the transportation service at its discretion.
